Having the pleasure of pastoring small rural congregations, Bill is convinced that TNARS can train men for ministry without the debt load that makes pastoring a small congregation tough. The country is full of small congregations that need well trained ministers. Bill’s vision is that TNARS would be a resource that can make that happen.
